Nealman Construction turned our somewhat finished generally dingy old basement into a fully finished beautiful bright clean space. We spend a ton of time down there – definitely our favorite part of the house now. My husband could never have done this on his own, as he thought he might! We’re so happy with the job. And maybe the best part is that the guys were amazing with my slightly neurotic and protective of the territory dog. An underrated quality in contractors! We will call Charles and Co for all our needs.

Best contractor experience we’ve ever had. We had our siding replaced along with new windows. From the beginning, Charles showed professionalism and the know how to make our ideas a reality. I am so happy with my new roof (s) and siding. The work was done in a remarkably short time frame. The quality of work and efficiency was exceptional. The price was fair and Charles was on the job making sure everything was done as planned. It was a brutally hot day for the job, but the workers kept going, only stopping for a brief break and cleaned up afterward. Charles is easy to work with and gets it done!

Excellent, honest, punctual… the best way to describe this contractor, which can be hard to come by in these times. Has done full roof replacements on two rental properties (one shingled, one flat rubber roof). Also did siding job an different rental property (see attached picture). Did excellent work. Have referred Nealman Construction for interior drywall repairs / paint / finish carpentry to friends and family on 3 occasions and always got great feedback. All of our roof vents were leaking and after some outrageous quotes and a lack of responses from other local roofing companies, Nealman Construction got back to me within minutes and was out here fixing the problem in 24 hours at an incredibly affordable price.
