The Nealman Construction Story

We are General Contractors and Roofing Gurus. Not self proclaimed Roof Gurus, but experienced and seasoned roofing mechanics . We come from a home building environment. The foundation for Nealman Construction was laid through years of dissecting and solving problems for some of the largest residential and light commercial developers in the United States.

My name is Charles Nealman and I began building additions and remodeling homes at age 13 in summers in my spare time. My experience grew as I took on new titles at new jobs and companies. Some of those to include installing high end kitchens and bathrooms in Southern Chester County , and rebuilding Commercial structures in downtown West Chester . Framing large new construction homes in Villanova area, rehabbing homes in Philadelphia and working year round on residential roofing crews .

I spent a year as a maintenance technician for a property management company/ developer in Norristown ,Pa.  I have worked for Contractors who specialized in Insurance reconstruction .

My last full time job started as a service/warranty tech for a New Construction/Commercial Roofing and Siding Installation Company, one of the largest shingle and siding installers in our region. I was hired as a service/warranty technician. My duties were dissecting and solving complex roofing and moisture problems in new homes and large commercial structures. Within two years I worked up to a project manager position and was responsible for a multi million dollar workload in the Lehigh Valley. 5 years into my stay at this company I chose to leave on good terms and pursue my own interests.

Interior/Exterior Damage Reconstruction

Boiled down this means, when a pipe burst or a large roof leak/wind damage effects your home, we come in last to put your home back together properly. We are equipped to handle insurance claims from square one though most call us first. We are affiliated with properly licensed representatives to assure your claim is handled properly.
